General protection faults in gdi.exe
At random points, I keep getting GPFs in GDI.exe. It happened the first time and mostly in Iexplore (Internet Explorer) but I have seen it in Zone alarm and Webshots. It runs along the lines of:
" xxxxxxxx caused a general protection fault in module GDI.EXE at 0026:000014a0." any help? |

It could be just about anything. This is a tough one to pinpoint. Start with updating your video drivers.

Thanks glc! I updated the video drivers and also disabled webshots - gonna miss it. Haven't has the issue since, though.

Now that you updated the video drivers you can enable webshots and see if the problem reappears.
