i'm getting migraines. This isn't just a matter of games running at 60Hz.
My video set up will not hold an 85Hz refresh rate for more than a few bootups in XP home. After that it returns to 60Hz. This has nothing to do with games and refreshforce does not fix it. I have clean installed the drivers for my radeon , it holds the 85Hz setting for maybe a few boot ups and then the display returns to 60Hz while, if you click on monitor it reads 85Hz. It's running at 60Hz. What is the problem here?

Get Rage3D Tweak, I find it works much better than a lot of the refresh fix programs out there.

I know the feeling all too well.... my eyes still see a flicker at 85Hz and I can only tolerate it for an hour, maybe two at most.
