Pissed helpless

i am in the process of building a computer i was hoping i could recieve a little help from you all with the best software to run i wanted something for video editing for school and i am not sure what else i would need but if yo have sudjestions then let me know please. because i am not smart at all when it comes to this type of thing

Adobe Premiere is the best (or one of the best). It's a little expensive, though (about $550).

Pinnacle also has editing software as well as fine video capture cards. Drop by its website and see what you can find. It's not as expensive as Premiere, I think it's 70 bucks or so.

you mentioned school also...Microsoft Office 2000...I just recently got it for my xp home system...its very handy. I think it comes standard on xp office so up to you if you want to go home or office

nothing really..I got the full version..I think I got some M$ editing stuff...and...umm..solitaire..

O sorry...misunderstood you nuke

Microsfot Office 2000, that comes standard on WinXP office editon correct...or I always thought it did.

There is no WinXP Office edition, only Home and Professional.

There is Office XP a.k.a Office 2002. It's really not specific to winXP, though.
