Angry Printing Error

Please HELP!!! I am going crazy. Every time I print someting my computer freezes and I have to restart the @#$%^!G thing, no matter what program I am trying to print from, it freezes.
I am running WIN 98se I have 256MB of ram, 80gig hard drive, my printer is an epson 880, I tried unistalling my printer/drivers and reinstalling them, but no help at all. The error message I keep getting is someting to do with "Krnl386" as seen below.

E_S00RN1 caused a general protection fault

is there a possibilty you may have added a program just before this happened,have you gone through your startup menu to try narrow it down,remove programs running in the background to see if there is third party app or driver conflict causing this error

Thanks, I'll look around, but I don't think I have installed anything lately, and I only keep programs running in the background that are needed. Is there anything else that may be giving me this problem?

Pissed Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I uninstalled every print software, all kinds of other programs, my print drivers/software. Then I reinstalled my printer/drivers and it is still crashing whenever I try to print anything using any program, like excel, word, notepad, etc... I am going crazy!!!! and I need help soon or I am going to explode

Please please help

i think you should try spybot some adware can cause problems try running that first looking for spyware

That's the Epson driver crashing. Completely uninstall the printer and its software, download the latest driver from Epson and try that.
