Check out www.teambg.com -- it is THE source for any Infinity Engine game editors/mods/etc. (Well, I may be biased, as I was a programmer for them). But in any event, they have the tools you need to make mods, and there were, last I was there, talk about mods for PST.

yea there is one called vengence i think. but its been awile since they said it was coming out and it still hasnt. thanx for the link
