office small bussiness install

If installing office2000 small bussiness and the PC has an older ver of office, should you uninstall the older ver first?

You can do it while installing the newer version, it will ask you. I think you shouldn't have more than one version of Office on your computer at one time but I know several people that do. It makes it awfully hard to apply the updates.

When I installed Office 2000 on my Win 98.2 system it removed Office 97 as part of the install. Dont forget to go and get all the updates, hope you have a highspeed connection.
