Depends on what you want to do. Do you just want to burn the MP3s onto a CD without converting them, making an MP3 CD, or do you want to convert them to WAV files to make a normal CD?

I have been using Easy CD Creator 5 for burning MP3's to CD. As far as ripping music from a music CD I use Musicmatch.

Free. mp3<==> wav

easy cdda is also a good one,in fact,its better. it is free,but on downloads.com,it's rated as shareware. i used iit before,and believe it doesnt have any nag-nags or limitations.
