outlook exp 6 question

I have been having some trouble with outlook exp latly. I need to find the default settings for the HTML settings (mail sending format and news sending format) in the send options.
I have been having a hard time posting to one of the news groups(list server) I belong to and I think it may be due to those settings changing.
Any help is appreciated
B

This isn't going to help with the immediate problem, but if you do a lot of Usenet, get yourself a real newsreader like Free Agent instead of trying to make Outhouse Express work in a way that won't p!$$ everyone off with its HTML toys.

your correct....

your correct, that doesn't help me at all,
just joking. I know what u mean about the newsgroups. The one I mention is all done thru email not the newsgroups. Its just where I noticed it. I dont have to go to "newsgroups" in outlook to receive or send mail in this group. Its thru Tropica, it goes directly into my inbox (seperate folder). I diodnt know if it could be messing things up.
I am thinking of uninstalling outlook exp and reinstalling it. But I notice it is not in the add remove optons. Is it possible to do that ?
I will probably post that question seperatly.
Thanks
