Duplicat files
I have been working around with removing a lot of the useless junk that builds up on PC. Trying a couple different programs to see how they work.
One brings up the Dup. files, but I notice that on some, its the same file except for a different attribute, one has no read only and the has read only, or one has Archive and not the other. I am wonder if its alright to remove any of these and why it would be that way? some are .dll's and some are of types I am not familar with. This is on XP pro. Its amazing how many their are! thanks fopr any info on this |

I'd use the proggie that comes with Windows.
I never use it, tho. I prefer to leave those system files alone. You never know when you delete one that is being used by some forgotten program.
