just got windows xp...

how do i make it so that it is not on "web" mode(single click) and put it back to double click mode. i cant delete any of the garbage they put on my new computer's desktop.
also, does anyone have time to list some major differences from xp and 98 that i should know?

Some of the major difference besides stabilty:
  • NTFS file system
  • Different Users have different profiles. One users desktop, favorites, etc. will be different in XP.
  • Better picture, multimedia support
  • Better driver support
  • Better memory management.
  • Using Ctrl-Alt_Del to close a program actually works.
  • XP is a big nag about things like icons on your desktop, automatic updates, etc.
  • DOS is dead, long live the cmd prompt
  • Little program error box has been replaced with blue screen
  • XP tries (and usually fails) to make your system like it thinks you want it.

Right click on your desktop, select "properties', Desktop, click on the "customize Desktop" button, click on "Web" tab.
