JPG resizing software

ok guys I have got a problem (who doesn't

My mother just got a new digital camera. she went to a wedding and took like 200 pictures. they are now all on her hard drive in JPG format. now the problem. They are over 1024X768. she wants all of them at like 640X480. So does anybody know a good EASY to use program to do a batch conversion to resize these pics? Its got to be easy. Free is a big plus also.

any help would be great!!!!!

free program works with cameras and scanners just go to make resized duplicate under image...its better to keep 'maintain aspect ratio' checked it keeps everythign in porportion to original...
