Problem with minidisc software!

I just got a minidisc recorder for my mother for Mother's Day. I'm trying to put songs on it, but I can't get the software installed. It's a Sony Net MD NE-505. The software is OpenMG Jukebox. I try to install it, but when it finishes, it says "Please Wait" and that will never go away. How do I install it, or is there something else I can use? I have installed software that lets me copy files off CDs right to the MD recorder, but that would kind of suck having to burn everything first, then put it on minidiscs.

It's wierd. I use the open mg software with my net MD and have never had a problem, but so many others have been through nightmares. One of the wierdest things is the system requirements, if you read them you will see that sony don't support the software on a PC that has an Upgraded OS, nor on OEM PC's. Only on a PC with a full retail install of windows do they recommend installing the software. I have never come accross that before on any hardware.
