uploading to a website
does anyone have a comcast internet account? do you use your webspace? i need to know how to upload my things to my comcast account so that they will show up on the web.
i have tried to just upload a simple html page, but when i press preview, it shows a blank page. i am using dreamweaver MX. is there a way to just ftp from the program(i know dreamweaver offers it, i just know if comcast allows it) also i have a big site. how should i upload it? main site----(links to)site one----(many of its own pages) [-----site two----(many of its own pages) [-----site three---(many of itys own pages) etc. |

Probably FTP is how you need to do it, so you just need ftp client software and you get connected to the site, usually requires a password authentication, then you pretty much just dump all the needed files to your webspace. It will usually just use index or home.html for the homepage...
