Error Message - Internet not working

I use AOL UK or..Aol 7
I did have AOL 6 but the Buddy List didn't come up, not allowing me on messenger or websites
So i downloaded Aol 7
Still a problem
I've called AOL Hotline 4 times
I have unisntalled and reinstalled aol
I have changed the access numbers
Anbd i have done other various things, none of which have worked
I'm desperate to be able to use it as I am having to use my mums laptop which she isn't to happy about

I wondered if it had anything to do with an error message i get up something like :

RUNDLL

C:/Program New dot.dll

Could not find specified File

Or close enough to that

Please help me

You have a spyware infection. Look in the add/remove programs list for new dot net and uninstall it, then go to security.kolla.de and download Spybot Search and Destroy, install it, and run it.
