Question Another Nero Problem

I have a .bin file, however no .cue file came with the .bin. How can i burn the image to a cd. Can I create a .cue file somehow. Also the .bin file is somehow a .exe file. How can I remove the .exe file extension. I'm sure it is a not an .exe file b/c windows says its not a valid 32bit app.

Open Nero.
Select File, Burn Image.
In the Open box, select "All Files".
Click the .bin, select burn.
Too simple.

I figured that part out. The first time I did it that way I had an error, and another coaster to add to the collection. I had to create a .cue file which I was missing to solve the prob. Thanks for your help anyway.
