Question FAT32 and NTFS

Is there any 3rd party software floating around that can read NTFS file systems from a FAT32 file system?

A good solution could be NTFSforW98 on http://www.purenetworking.net/Produc.../NTFSfor98.htm , but also for bugs (79$).
