This co-worker is using Outlook and has been for a
long time. she has a lot of email addresses in her book many distribution list as well she tried adding another name and saving but the comuter freezes when she hits save and close i read that she may have a limit on how many names she can have. how do i help her? Quote:

I don't know of a limit in Outlook, there may be. Your coworker could try weediing through the list to see if there are little used listings. They could make a separate list of the names and keep them in a separate folder. Even just temporarily removing a handful of names and then trying to add the new one should tell you if there is a limit, or they are having problems from something else.
