Software for CPU cooling?

Are there any recommendations on which program is best for cooling the CPU by reducing current during idle time?

Looks like there are many such programs out there for downloading. But which one is better (for Windows 98)?

Thank you for any recommendations.

None. They don't really work.
If you're really concerned about CPU temperatures, get a bigger fan.

Reboot is 100% on it. The current flow thing seems to be bogus
