Physical Memory Dump

I don't know if this is the right forum for this but my laptop wont boot all the way up, it runs scandisk and then goes to a blue screen that says "Physical Memory Dump Complete" What does this mean and why is it keeping the laptop from booting up?

Does scandisk pick up any errors?

I'm assuming you're running 2k or XP.

Hmm...

Try reseating your RAM
If you have 2 sticks of RAM, try taking one out. If it still doesn't work, try swapping them.

[edit]: Oh, wait... this is a laptop you're talking about. Hmm...

go to the device manager and see if there is any flags showing.
you have a hardware device that is not loading the drivers for it for some reason.
