Wave File Editor

Any one here have any experience with a Wave Editor called "Audio Cleaning Lab 3.0"? Saw it at Circuit City today for $19.99 and the box ads show it as a simple, wizard driven software to clean up noise from both recorded LP music as well as from cassettes. I have the wave editor that came with Nero, but it's so complicated I haven't even tried it yet. The only concern I have with the Cleaning Lab is that it doesn't list XP as a compatible OS. Thanx

edit: think I found out why price is reduced. They've released a new product called Audio Cleaning Lab 2004. This one is XP compatible and of course, mo $! Here's a link if you're interested
