Converting .WMA files
My sister has a hobby of making short home music videos. She uses Windows movie maker to put them together, but it will only save the files as WMV's. Is there some software out there (preferably free) that I could use to convert a WMV to something more universal, maybe an mpeg an .mov or something? She's got friends with Macs that want to view the files.
Thanks! NW |

I've done this a few times, though it takes a few minutes to do it the way I'm suggesting.
First, open the file in goldwave ( www.goldwave.com ) and save as a wav file. Next, add it to the conversioon list in RazorLame ( http://www.dors.de/razorlame/download.php ) and click "encode" Now you'll have a standard MP3 file.
