Anyone help me with these probs?
I've started getting an error message in Windows Media Player as soon as I open it. It says "A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug?
Line: 20 Error: 'NS_ActualOpen' is undefined" Then the option "Yes" or "No". Additionally, I don't seem to be able to open radio repeat play on the BBC website (eg, replaying programmes that have already been broadcast). Have you any ideas how can I rectify these problems? Thanks guys - the above is an e-mail from a guy I know. I am going round in a few hours so could I fix these for him? |

What O/S and what version of WMP?
You could just try a reinstall. That would probably be easiest. ![]() btw, That error has something to do with an error in a script.

I would recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling....
I've seen this happen before...just make sure there is nothing like AV running in the background during the reinstall. |
