When I try to write data to CD for backups, sometimes it gives me a 'medium error'. The details of this are below... Can anyone make any sense of this? ThanX

Go here: http://www.ntius.com/support/webhelp/tsguide.htm
click on the search option and enter the error codes, they will tell you what they are and while you may be getting them. |

Does anyone else have problems burning CD's? It seems like one out of every 5 or so have problems. I'm using Maxell CD-R 700 MB.ThanX Last edited by BlueKrystal22; 07-02-2003 at 08:07 PM. |

That's a pretty old drive - it may be on its last legs or it may have a dirty lens. It might be time to treat yourself to a $45 52x drive.
