Backing Up Outlook Contacts
My dad wants me to back up his outlook Contact Database. How exactly would I do this. Is there a specific file to back up or something along those lines?

Open Address book, choose file -> export -> address book and export the entire database to a safe location.

you can copy the outlook.pst file to CD which would back up everything including the contacts.

Export the contacts list as a .CSV file: comma separated values. Basically, it creates a special Excel file. You can back the Outlook Express address book the same way. It works really good.
