Flash MX Help: Gathering and Sending Info

Can anyone tell me how to gather information in forms from Flash and then when the user clicks the "Submit" button it sends the information to an e-mail address? ActionScript for the Submit button would be great. My different forms are

name_box (input text box)
phone_box (input text box)
email_box (input text box)
state_box (combo box)
comment_box (input text box)
submitbtn (push button)
Now using those instance names how would you be able to gather the information inside those boxes and then click the Submit button which would then send the info to my e-mail address. Thanks!!!
