Hi all.....
.......i've got a list of 500 of my customers in a distribution list in outlook.......i need to send an email to all of them........i don't want to use BCC, i want to send each one an individual email that looks like it was sent only to them.......i guess i can't do this with outlook.......anyone know some good software that'll allow me to do this?.... ........cheers..jazzy |

Pretty sure Outlook can do that, but I don't know how personally.
I'm sure a place I used to work did exactly what you describe though. Good luck, David. |

Looks impersonal.
If you get an email from someone direct, it 'feels' like they care enough to want to communicate with you personally. Have to say though, that it only works if you have segmented your client base, and targetted the email contents carefully to make it feel like something you decided to send to them (and perhaps a select few other clients), rather than a mass (500 client) mailout. David. |
