Windows Publisher 2000 help...

My dad had all these old fliers and stuff he made on Pub 2000. So I dug up our old computer and transfered them to the new one. But then I realized that I needed Publisher 2000 to actually view the files, as they are .php files. But when I try to run it from the new computer I get an error but the actual error pop-up is blank.

What do I need to do to see these files?

Thanks.

Check out this link for unknown file types.

There is a link for the software you need under the PHP definition (it's free)

I could only find DOS programs that did nothing to open up those files.

Could you give me a direct link? Sorry I'm such a noob.
