I am wondering if people have a CD with some useful tools on it to take with them when they are troubleshooting PCs. Things like a trojan cleaner, antivirus for people who don't have one installed, and so on. If so, which programs do you find the most useful?

The programs I've found most useful when working on PCs have been the hard drive utils from IBM, Maxtor, and WD for doing zero wipes and Memtest86, a RAM testing program.
