Open Outlook and clik on "File". You can Import and Export your address book from there.

Find the file "Documents and Settings\%Username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book" (Win2k/XP) or search for any file with the extension .wab on your system. Common location on Win9xMe is Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book.... and copy it to the new machine. Now start Address Book (Start>Programs>Accessories>Address Book) and select File>Import>Address Book(WAB) and point the browser to the location of the .wab file you copied over to the new system.

Outlook or Outlook Express? Outlook doesn't use the .wab, it uses the .pst which is all the personal folders.
