Looking for a program that will....

Anyone know if there is any software that can show you what your computer will look like when you have everything in it, ex. case, i/o frontpanels, what the stuff looks like through the window, ect. My freind doesn't want to buy anything untill he knows what its going to look like when its done. I figured a program like that would help.

There isnt a program that could give you a good image of what you wanted, and drawing it on CAD would be hard unless you were really good, plus it would be time consuming.
I would just try to show him some pictures of what some computers like his would look like
