Is there such a thing?

So I was downloading the first Red Hat iso today and it was 96% done when the DSL decided to disconnect. Is there a program that will save my downloads so they can continue downloading where they left off? Like if I download 50% of the iso and then disconnect, I would be able to download the other 50% later. Thanks.

There are any number of download managers available. Two of the best are Flashget from www.flashget.com (my personal favorite) and GetRight from www.getright.com .

if you get cut off, and resume the download from the same link you started (within 15 minutes), most of the time the download will resume where it left off...

The best way is use a FTP client instead of downloading with a browser. However, Opera has a resumable download manager.
