Boom Help!

Everytime I log on to a user an error message pops up saying that the remote procedure call failed and that the computer will shut down within 60 seconds, and it does. I am using windows XP Home Edition. Nothing seems to work except for safe mode, I tried a disk check and a systeme restore but that didn't help either. This is VERY frusterating! It just went again so I gotta post.

Send a message via MSN to doctorgonzo
Download all critical updates through Windows Update. Block port 135 on your firewall if you have one. This is a known exploit of Windows Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and it is a big security hole. Scan your system for trojans to be on the safe side.
