I have alot of mpeg, mp3, and exe files that I want to backup. Should I just burn the files to a disk, use windows backup, make ghost images, or is there some other program thats good for backups???

Since these are files that don't change, just burn them to disk. It is easiest by far.

The software that came with your CD burner, such as Nero or Roxio, will work just fine.

I used to burn the to Direct CD as I burned them as I got them. But since you have them already complied, just burn them as a DATA disk.
