TDK Digital MIX Master

I'm trying to install tdk digital mix master that came with my cd burner. When the screen pops up that gives me the choice to install digital mix master or nero, i click on digital mix master and a message pops up that says" The installation has detected that some of your systemfiles are outdated. In order to update these files the installation could have to reboot your computer. The installation will continue after the reboot.
Do you want to proceed?(if you choose no the instalation will be aborted.}
SO i click yes, the computer restarts, but then a message comes up that says something like "please get the latest windows update from the microsoft site, and try again.
I already have all the updates, whats wrong? I had previously installed it on my computer before I reformated my drive a couple weeks ago, so I know it does work.

Have you tried contacting TDK? I've never heard of the software you're talking about, so I doubt I can be of much help beyond telling you to contact them.

Sorry.
