computer won't start? (blue screen)
my brother's friend called me while i was eating and said his 3 year old HP was giving him a blue screen that said there was something wrong with his hard drive or boot disk and to restart. well i know nothing, i don't know why he asked me, but i'm trying to help anyway, anyone have any ideas?

It would help to have the exact error message displayed, so we have a better idea of what is going wrong.
