phone dialer starts at boot-up
About a week ago, I did M$ updates on my 98SE os. Now, phone dialer starts up as soon as my computer is done booting up and won't let me close it until I have logged in and out of my ISP. I've check in IE tools,modem setting, etc for an autodial setting. Were else do I need to look to shut of auto connect?

In IE, go tools > internet options > "connections" tab > select "never dial a connection"
That should do the trick
