Question Mozilla Firebird 0.6.1?

I was looking at some post talking about mozilla and then I looked on their site. The Mozilla Firebird 0.6.1 looks very good, is it realy faster than IE 5.5? I use Win ME and a cable modem. Its free, right? Tab-Browsing looks realy cool.

ghost2003,

You can d/l it and use it even though you have IE installed.

Firebird is very fast and has some nice options as you mentioned. It includes a popup stopper also.

If you don't like it, uninstall it.

The Mozilla Foundation is in place because AOL/TW dropped Netscape like a bad habit. Unfortunatly by doing that they also pulled the plug on support for the underlying power behind Netscape - Mozilla. So the Mozilla Foundation is there to get other companies like Sun, Red Hat and even AOL invloved in future development of projects and financial support.
