Possible to Ghost individual files to CD?

Using Norton Ghost 2002, is there anyway to ghost selected files to CD or DVD? I've wiped and cloned my HDs many times, I can't find any info on my Ghost manual for selected files or folders. I see saving files, and have tried that, but every time I then try to ghost the saved folder to the CD, it tells me I need 5 CDs, which I think means it's getting ready to clone the entire HD to the CDs.

Sorry I have to ask: Why would you want to use ghost when you could just burn the folder to cd?

That's correct, just copying the files won't allow you run the prog.
After doing a little digging, I found out that at least for some progs, you can fool the OS or the prog into thinking it's running on say Win 98 as opposed to XP.
In the properties section, there is a (compatability) option, cool!
When I switched to XP from 98, the Corel software I had wouldn't accept the SP2 patch. Something in XP makes the SP2 patch think its being installed in a suite set instead of a stand alone prog.
Anyway, I did something that I'm told shouldn't have worked. I copied all the files from my win 98 HDD to the Windows folder holding the program files. When done, I accessed the program and checked the version it was now showing the version with the SP2
