Messages in HTML format won't print
 

I'm using Outlook 2000 for Email and if I receive a mail sent in HTML format, it won't print unless I click reply (which changes the format to plain text).

Also, hyperlinks sent in HTML format Emails don't work either.

Is this something simple to fix?

Does this apply for Outlook too?

I also use Outlook 2000. Have you tried setting the default as HTML?

Click on TOOLS>OPTIONS>MAIL FORMAT tab and under MESSAGE FORMAT change that to HTML and make sure to uncheck the box that says USE MS WORD TO EDIT EMAIL MESSAGES.

Try that and post back the results.
