photoshop questions

could someone please explain to me how to photochop?
I have been playing around with it and I cant get it!
or maybe a website that will walk you through it?

ok I got the photochop to work but now how do I make the image I create a jpeg?

i think its on the file save as menu but i haven't used photo shop in years so i may be wrong
