I just bought a new hard drive and I am excited to start fresh on my new HD. I'll do things right this time with a firewall and everything.
I need to export the outlook address book to a directory and then I'll burn this information to disk so that I can import it on the new hard drive. I have tried to export the address book and then for an experiment try to import it back. The outlook express calls for a .wab file, the file I exported is a CSV file that opens with notepad. I need to make sure my huge address book transfers ok, can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks |

I wish it were that simple. I go and select export/address book/ and the only two options it gives me Microsoft Exchange Personal Address Book and Text File. No.wab option that I can see.

Search your hard drive for *.wab. Copy that file.
