OverRiding Parental Controls

Hey guys;
Just wondering: I am going to start playing around with parental controls from AOL and see if i can find holes in them. Any of you know some good ways? Like at school, if i want to go to ebay, they have it blocked. i go to ebay australia instead! I know there are ways around anything, just wondering if you guys knew any of them? THANKS

That isn't allowed here, even for "testing" purposes as you'd like. Who's to say someone wouldn't use that info to actually defeat controls put in place by parents? PCMech doesn't go there.

Parental Controls are meant for parents to be able to control where their children surf thus the term Parental Control. As Sarge said, PCMech does not go there. Since you are 13 years old you would fall under the catagory of Parentally Controlled. For us to help you circumnavigate those controls would be probably immoral, possibly illegal and definately NOT COOL.

I guess that is a better thing to do when bored that write some destructive virus. Hopefully some day an intelligent and bored person like you can find some way of causing the motherboard of virus and worm writers to explode when they try to send it out to the internet.

that would be cool course then there are the people that write viruses that will "patch" so that you don't get a virus. LOL what a colossal screw up on that guys part.
