Is it possible to bypass LAN restrictions?
I goto a university that has somehow put a restriction on kazaa type programs. The restriction is so that I can only downlaod at a fraction of the regular internet speed.
Though when I use IE, I can download at normal speeds.
Is there a program I can use to get by this restriction?
