contact manager program needed
hi all! my hubby is a real estate agent. he is wanting to get organized (yeah right!!). what he would like to do is be able to have a way to manage the information of people that he sends out mail to, their response, etc. I was wondering about ACT!, Goldmine or any others. I a web based program better? If anyone has used one of these programs, please give me some input, so I don't end up having to be the one to keep him organized!!!!

I've never used any , but customers have. ACT customers were pretty happy with the program. I think there were some glitches, but minor.
A major customer has Goldmine on the web for the salespeople to update from their XPP laptops through a dialup ISP to get to the web. Configuration comes from a "Goldmine expert" and seems to be an ongoing thing. I've threatened to learn the use so I can support, but I'm too old to start a new career. |
