Double Boot

I need to do a double boot my system XP and RH9 I only have XP right now and i dont wana have to fork over any cash if possible

red hat installation will do that for you.
the easiest way to do that is to have free unallocated, unpartitioned space on the hard drive that red hat is going to be put on, and it will format the free space and leave the partitions intack, use c drive as the mount and it will set the dual boot menue automaticaly for you,

but just incase you hit a wrong key or something be sure that you back-up any inportant data you would not want to loose.
