Partition
My drive is spilt into two sections, how do I make this into one.

What OS are you using?
The procedure is different depending on the OS. One rule, though, is that if you want to keep the data intact, you will have to use a third-party program like Partition Magic. Otherwise, you will have to erase the data to combine the partitions. |

I have 98SE, and how would I combine them if I didn't want the data?

If you don't want to save anything, you can use fdisk and reformat the drive.

Do I have to delete Logical drive and then delete extended drive.

Yes, delete the logical drives first and then the extended DOS partition and then the primary DOS partition.
