Can't view Faxes with Windows XP Fax
I set up the fax program that's included with XP Pro. It works great with one exception; when I click on a received fax to view it, nothing happens. In other words, I would like to view the fax before I print it out. Otherwise, all is well; I can receive faxes just fine and print them out with no problem. I just can't "view" them before I print them. Any ideas?

Do you have any file associations set for TIFF files? If you dont have them or if the program is unable to open it, then restore the filetype to the default viewer.
