Need help locating a program that outputs text to wav
I want to make custom sounds for all the windows messages (errors messages, windows startup/shutdown, etc.) and I'd like for it to sound somewhat like Hal (From A Space Odyssey, if anyone has seen it) I know windows has some sort of built in thing like that to help disabled people, but I need it to be able to output to wav format (or a format I can convert to wav) so I can customize the actual messages and simply plug them into the theme sounds.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
