is there any internet phone program?

i wonder isn't there any internet phone program then i can call long distance. such as using my computer to call another phone number.

There are several. I've never used any of them so I can't comment on any. Go to Google and do a search.

but if you are looking for a free one, I have yet to find one. If you do find one... please post a link

There are several, but there is a new called skype, I read it in todays newspaper, it offers free calling over the world, and its from the programmers of kazaa, might want to give it a try.

I used to use Yahoo when it was free but I believe that they now charge.... Its was decent on a dial up... I wanted to try it now since I have cable... PC to PC doesnt really seem like a big deal to me since most programs do that now....
