Norton Anti-Virus

Hey, I have a copy of Norton anvti-virus 2002. It is installed on two computers, but on one it will not update itself or even run. It brings up the setup wizard every time i boot up, but when i get to the update section it freezes up. Now on the other pc it runs and updates itself like it should. Am I only allowed to use it on one computer, or is something wrong? Thanks.

Is there any way to pay for it to work on another computer without having to purchase a new copy?

I scrounged around on the symantec site for a while and the shoirt answer appears to be no.

You want to look for "license purchase) but the best I could do was a five pack. I checked support for about 100 repsonses and did not see something there either.

Send them an email, maybe there is a way....
